🍜 Authentic Udon & Tempura Cooking Class in Nara — A Hands-on Experience Loved by Travelers

We were delighted to welcome Sarah and Douglas to our Handmade Udon & Tempura Cooking Class here at Udon Shokunin Wa Seimenjo in Nara! 🇯🇵✨

During the class, they learned how to knead, roll, and cut udon noodles from scratch using 100% Japanese wheat flour.
They also made crispy tempura using seasonal vegetables from Nara, frying each piece perfectly golden with the guidance of our chef.

After the cooking session, everyone enjoyed tasting their handmade dishes — freshly cooked udon in a flavorful dashi broth and hot, crispy tempura served right from the fryer.
At the end of the class, Sarah and Douglas received their official completion certificates, marking their achievement as true “Udon Artisans”!
