Our Handmade Udon & Tempura Cooking Class in Nara (Shin-Omiya) welcomed a wonderful couple visiting from France.
They were not simply looking for a short tourist activity — they came with serious curiosity, wanting to learn the real process of Japanese udon making from scratch.

From kneading the dough, stepping on it with the right pressure, rolling it out beautifully, and finally slicing the noodles by hand…
the room filled with a soft cloud of flour and happy laughter.

It was a memorable afternoon where craftsmanship and travel blended like a warm bowl of udon.
